Requirements
- Experience in a people-related role (talent acquisition, people operations, onboarding, or similar)
- Supported coordination and administrative tasks within a people-related environment
- Experience coordinating and scheduling across multiple stakeholders and timezones
- Managed competing priorities with attention to detail
- Worked with an applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Worked with an HR management system (HRMS/HRIS)
- Maintained records and kept information accurate and up to date in ATS/HRMS
- Some exposure to interviews (screening, coordinating, or observing)
- Experience working with and coordinating across global distributed teams
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change
- Experience collaborating with team members
- Understand the importance of building and maintaining strong relationships
- Passionate about talent acquisition
- Eager to grow knowledge of recruitment operations, candidate experience, and hiring best practices
Responsibilities
- Own the operational and administrative layer of the recruitment process
- Assist with resume screening
- Assist with interview scheduling
- Assist with role administration
- Maintain ATS and inbox management, keeping hiring workflows organized, accurate, and compliant
- Maintain candidate records consistently
- Review postings for exclusionary language
- Ensure every applicant receives equitable, professional communication
- Support the hiring team through interview coordination and scheduling
- Maintain role content, hiring materials, and training resources
- Stay connected to hiring trends, global talent market shifts, and employer brand activity
