Responsibilities
- Master the Modern AI Stack: Become an expert in underlying AI infrastructure (Vector Search, Rust-based performance, RAG architecture).
- Build an Elite Network: Represent Qdrant at the highest levels of the SF tech scene, collaborating with founders and engineers.
- Establish Thought Leadership: Speak at premier conferences and publish content for a global developer audience.
- Shape the Product: Act as a direct link between the developer community and the core engineering team, influencing the roadmap.
- Building Demos: Develop and maintain open-source showcase applications (RAG pipelines, recommendation engines, AI search tools).
- Applied Innovation: Conduct research into emerging AI patterns (Long-context RAG, Agentic workflows) to prototype new Qdrant use cases.
- Content Creation: Produce educational resources like deep-dive technical blog posts, video tutorials, and clear tutorials.
- Technical Events: Lead Qdrant’s presence at hackathons and workshops, organizing challenges and mentoring developers.
- Public Speaking: Deliver compelling presentations and live coding sessions at conferences and workshops.
- Community & Social Engagement: Actively participate in the AI developer community on platforms like Discord, X, LinkedIn, and GitHub, being a first responder to technical questions.
- Local Leadership: Host and participate in local and regional meetups, technical mixers, and industry conferences, serving as the primary local AI scene contact.
