Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design / creative roles, ideally within e-commerce, DTC, or consumer brands
  • Strong graphic design background with a portfolio demonstrating versatility across styles and audiences.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, including retouching, compositing, and producing marketing-ready visuals efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), including experience working with vector packaging files.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for design, ideation, and image generation, with a willingness to continue exploring new tools.
  • Strong adaptability in design style to support multiple brand identities.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to both receive and provide constructive feedback.
  • Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain clean, accessible assets.

Responsibilities

  • Own the creative process across multiple brands, adapting your approach to match each brand’s unique identity, audience, and positioning.
  • Ensure visual consistency across all channels, including social media, website, email, marketplaces, Amazon, and retail environments.
  • Design and edit marketing assets for various platforms such as social, paid ads, email, web, e-commerce, and retail support materials.
  • Update and maintain packaging design files (vector), ensuring accuracy, print readiness, and brand alignment.
  • Integrate AI tools into your workflow for ideation, image generation, and editing to increase speed and creative output.
  • Present new concepts and creative directions proactively, contributing ideas beyond assigned briefs.
  • Manage and maintain the creative asset library, ensuring all assets are organized, approved, and on-brand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand needs and deliver impactful creative work.
  • Provide and receive feedback constructively, balancing strong creative opinions with adaptability.
