Requirements

10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, corporate strategy, or related fields
Strong background in electric vehicles, energy storage, utilities, or distributed energy resources ecosystems
Deep understanding of VPPs, demand response, EV charging infrastructure, and managed charging models (V1G and V2G)
Proven ability to identify and execute new business opportunities in emerging or complex markets
Experience working with or within EV, energy, or residential storage ecosystems
Strong financial modeling, market modeling, or energy systems analysis capabilities
Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior external decision-makers
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities in ambiguous environments
Ability to translate technical energy concepts into clear business opportunities and partnership structures

Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and develop new strategic business opportunities in electric vehicle and battery storage markets, from early concept through execution
Build and manage a pipeline of “zero-to-one” initiatives focused on new partnerships and emerging energy use cases
Develop financial, market, and energy models to assess viability and structure complex partnership opportunities
Lead go-to-market evaluation efforts for new business concepts, ensuring alignment with market dynamics and company strategy
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including EV manufacturers, charging providers, and storage partners
Collaborate with internal teams to shape scalable business models for distributed energy resources and residential energy solutions
Contribute to strategic decision-making by delivering data-driven insights and market analysis
Support the design of innovative partnership structures that enable managed charging, V2G, and storage integration
