Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience in Salesforce systems engineering or technical consulting
- Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Experience supporting CRM migration or large-scale modernization programs
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, ambiguous enterprise environments
- Strong communication skills across technical and executive audiences
- Willingness to travel (primarily U.S.)
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, and declarative automation
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data models, security architecture, and governor limits
- Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Platform
- Experience migrating from Microsoft Dynamics to Salesforce
- Strong understanding of CRM data modeling, workflow migration, and user experience parity
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft or equivalent middleware
- Experience integrating Salesforce with backend ERP systems such as SAP
- Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud ingestion and activation patterns
- Exposure to Agentforce or AI-driven workflow automation
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Awareness of observability, logging, monitoring, and secure deployment practices
Responsibilities
- Designs, modernizes, and migrates CRM platforms in large enterprise environments
- Combines deep Salesforce technical expertise with systems engineering and enterprise integration
- Focuses on Data Cloud, Agentforce, and large-scale CRM replacement programs
- Leads and supports Microsoft Dynamics to Salesforce (and vice-versa) replacement and porting initiatives
- Integrates Salesforce with backend ERP systems using modern integration patterns and middleware
- Operates in environments where governance, reliability, and auditability are critical
- Design, build, refactor, and remediate Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and configuration
- Lead and support CRM replacement initiatives from Microsoft Dynamics to Salesforce
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and backend ERP systems such as SAP and finance platforms
- Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud ingestion, harmonization, and activation patterns
- Act as a hands-on technical contributor during enterprise CRM modernization programs
- Own production-grade solutions in regulated, mission-critical environments
