Requirements
- 5+ years building and scaling distributed systems in production
- Strong proficiency in Golang
- Experience writing performance-sensitive services
- Hands-on experience with OLAP databases such as Clickhouse, BigQuery, or Snowflake
- Experience designing systems that handle high throughput (e.g., event streams, streaming pipelines, or real-time analytics)
- Experience operating systems in production (monitoring, debugging, incident response)
- Strong focus on system maintainability, operational excellence, and technical debt management
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and modern deployment practices
- Comfort making architectural tradeoffs and explaining decisions clearly
- Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication (preferred)
- Familiarity with advertising technology data and metrics (preferred)
- Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and workflow orchestration systems (e.g., Temporal) (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Write production Go code regularly
- Make architectural decisions that balance performance, scalability, maintainability, and cost
- Drive initiatives to improve system reliability, observability, and operational excellence
- Collaborate with data science, product, and infrastructure teams to deliver customer value
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and system design in high-throughput environments
