Requirements
- Minimum 5 years job related work experience
- Bachelor's Degree - Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience developing and deploying cloud-native Kubernetes applications
- Scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation
- Linux administration skills (preferred)
- Hands-on experience administering Kubernetes clusters (bare metal and/or public cloud environments)
- Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (preferred)
- Solid understanding of networking, storage, and security within Kubernetes
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with application development teams to deploy, scale, and manage cloud-native applications
- Administer and maintain Kubernetes clusters on bare metal and OpenShift platforms
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cluster performance and reliability
- Automate operational tasks using scripting and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Ansible, Helm)
- Ensure security best practices and compliance standards within the clusters
