Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the product roadmap for App Home and Pix no Crédito, balancing business goals, user needs, and technical constraints
- Define, track, and communicate core KPIs (TPV, activation, conversion, cross-sell), using data to prioritize and demonstrate impact
- Drive A/B tests, feature flag rollouts, and phased releases to ensure safe, measurable delivery
- Lead continuous discovery through user research, behavioral data analysis, and rapid hypothesis validation
- Write sharp user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specs that keep engineering moving with confidence
- Collaborate with Payments, Journey and Checkout squads to ensure cohesive integrations and a seamless user experience
- Represent the product in leadership forums, communicating priorities, risks, and results with clarity and conviction
- Identify and remove cross-team dependencies, acting as the bridge between technical delivery and business strategy
