Requirements
- 2-6+ years working in data analytics / BI
- Experience in a client-facing role
- Desire to work closely with customers
- Strong analytics skills
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with Python
- Desire to use AI at the core of everyday work
- Passionate about working with data
- Love learning and enthusiastic about helping and teaching others
- Prior experience with business intelligence tools (such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Mode, Sisense, etc.) preferred
- Prior experience with enterprise data analytics tools preferred
Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise in the sales process and beyond
- Help uncover and prove out use cases to showcase the value of the Omni platform
- Build and present white-gloved, high-touch Proofs of Concept in the Omni Platform
- Enable prospective customers on how to successfully use Omni on their data for AI and BI use cases
- Smoothly transition trials into successful customers, by partnering with post-sales teams
- Engage with partners to plan for ongoing support where needed
- Collaborate extensively with Product, Design, and Engineering to provide user feedback
- Guide product direction
