Responsibilities
- Build and strategically develop Specialty Channels (Pharmacy, Travel Retail, Online Retail, Concept Stores)
- Manage existing partners and acquire new customers through compelling pitches and assortment proposals
- Plan promotions, secondary placements, and POS materials in collaboration with Marketing
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Regulatory, and E-Commerce teams
- Analyze market and competition to identify trends and develop suitable strategies
- Represent Glow25 at trade fairs and customer appointments
