Requirements

  • Several years of experience in key account management
  • Ideally experience in FMCG, beauty or health
  • Strong understanding of the French retail landscape – drugstores, pharmacies, online retail and grocery
  • Fluent French
  • Fluent English
  • German is a plus
  • A structured, proactive way of working with a real hands-on attitude
  • Confident use of everyday tools: Google Workspace
  • Confident use of everyday tools: Slack
  • Confident use of everyday tools: Asana
  • Confident use of everyday tools: CRM system

Responsibilities

  • Build business in France with a focus on drugstores, pharmacies, online retail and selected grocery partners
  • Manage existing customers and win new partners through compelling pitches and tailored product range proposals
  • Plan and coordinate promotions, point-of-sale materials and sampling campaigns together with the marketing team
  • Work closely with internal teams across marketing, operations, regulatory and e-commerce
  • Keep an eye on trends, spot opportunities and develop new distribution ideas for the French market
  • Represent Glow25 at trade shows, customer meetings and industry events across France
