Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally within technical, developer-focused, or data-driven products.
  • Proven track record launching and scaling successful multi-channel growth campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting and messaging skills with the ability to adapt tone by audience and platform.
  • Advanced familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar solutions for content creation and experimentation.
  • Deep understanding of channel nuances across professional communities, social platforms, and niche ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or similar platforms.
  • Comfortable working independently in fast-moving environments where speed, iteration, and ownership are highly valued.
  • Familiarity with web scraping, developer tools, APIs, or data extraction markets (bonus).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, traffic, and engagement across priority audiences.
  • Transform existing content into high-performing cross-channel campaigns tailored for technical buyers, developers, and data professionals.
  • Use AI tools to scale content repurposing, campaign ideation, messaging creation, and workflow efficiency.
  • Build and grow presence across relevant ecosystems such as LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Hacker News, Stack Overflow, newsletters, and emerging communities.
  • Manage social media channels with an authentic brand voice and modern engagement strategies.
  • Launch rapid, iterative campaigns with channel-specific messaging, testing formats, offers, and creative approaches.
  • Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and optimize based on CTR, conversions, traffic, and engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, product, sales, and demand generation teams to support broader pipeline goals.
