Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive sales experience
  • Proven success closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals in the BPO or outsourcing industry
  • Deep vertical expertise in Healthcare, PBM, or Health & Wellness markets
  • Strong executive network across payers, PBMs, and healthcare providers
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding quotas in a hunter-focused, new logo role
  • Consultative solution-selling skills with the ability to craft client-specific value propositions
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance (HIPAA, CMS, etc.) in the healthcare domain
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA preferred
  • A hunter mindset with a passion for opening new doors and driving growth
  • Polished executive presence and ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of healthcare business models, benefits administration, and member engagement trends
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles (12–24 months)
  • Experience managing RFP-driven processes

Responsibilities

  • Hunt and close new logo opportunities within healthcare payers, PBMs, insurers, and health & wellness providers
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on payer, PBM, and wellness markets
  • Build trusted relationships with senior executives (CFOs, COOs, CHROs, Heads of Benefits, etc.) to influence large-scale outsourcing decisions
  • Position a wide range of BPO services, including contact center support, claims administration, RCM, back-office processing, and digital CX solutions (AI, automation, analytics)
  • Consistently achieve and exceed multi-million-dollar annual sales targets
  • Partner with internal solution architects, operations leaders, and delivery teams to craft winning proposals and RFP responses
