Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive sales experience
- Proven success closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals in the BPO or outsourcing industry
- Deep vertical expertise in Healthcare, PBM, or Health & Wellness markets
- Strong executive network across payers, PBMs, and healthcare providers
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding quotas in a hunter-focused, new logo role
- Consultative solution-selling skills with the ability to craft client-specific value propositions
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance (HIPAA, CMS, etc.) in the healthcare domain
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA preferred
- A hunter mindset with a passion for opening new doors and driving growth
- Polished executive presence and ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders
- Strong understanding of healthcare business models, benefits administration, and member engagement trends
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles (12–24 months)
- Experience managing RFP-driven processes
Responsibilities
- Hunt and close new logo opportunities within healthcare payers, PBMs, insurers, and health & wellness providers
- Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on payer, PBM, and wellness markets
- Build trusted relationships with senior executives (CFOs, COOs, CHROs, Heads of Benefits, etc.) to influence large-scale outsourcing decisions
- Position a wide range of BPO services, including contact center support, claims administration, RCM, back-office processing, and digital CX solutions (AI, automation, analytics)
- Consistently achieve and exceed multi-million-dollar annual sales targets
- Partner with internal solution architects, operations leaders, and delivery teams to craft winning proposals and RFP responses
