Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or related analytical roles
- Strong background in high-growth technology, SaaS, marketplace, or fast-scaling business environments
- Advanced financial modeling expertise, including three-statement modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Deep proficiency in Excel
- Deep proficiency in Google Sheets
- Deep proficiency in enterprise planning tools such as Adaptive Planning or similar platforms
- Experience preparing executive and board-level presentations with strong narrative and analytical clarity
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as NetSuite
- Knowledge of HRIS platforms
- Knowledge of headcount planning processes
- Ability to influence decisions through data-driven recommendations rather than reporting alone
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with comfort engaging executives and board members
- Highly proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and risks independently
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and building structure in evolving environments
- Preferred: SQL skills
- Preferred: experience mentoring others
- Preferred: prior work in travel or B2B SaaS sectors
Responsibilities
- Lead quarterly forecasting and reforecasting processes, partnering with business leaders to translate operational initiatives into financial outcomes
- Support annual planning cycles, budget preparation, and long-range financial modeling
- Own preparation of financial materials for board meetings, including performance analysis, outlook, and strategic trade-offs
- Build and maintain cash flow, liquidity, and equity burn models to support capital planning decisions
- Manage forecasting and variance analysis for corporate operating expenses, shared services, and people-related costs
- Enhance planning systems, reporting tools, and model integrations to improve efficiency and decision-making
- Deliver proactive insights on cost optimization, productivity gains, and financial risks
- Oversee debt covenant reporting and ensure timely, accurate compliance deliverables
- Review monthly close results, prepare executive summaries, and communicate performance trends to leadership and investors
- Partner cross-functionally to create scalable finance infrastructure that supports growth
