Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in project management, program management, or operations within marketing, creative, or digital environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects from intake through delivery in cross-functional settings
  • Experience working closely with creative teams such as design, copywriting, and content production
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate competing priorities and shifting timelines
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Workfront, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex workflows
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience engaging senior stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Experience supporting marketing, advertising, or product-related initiatives is highly preferred
  • Project management certification is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage creative intake processes, ensuring all project requests include clear objectives, requirements, timelines, and approvals before execution
  • Plan, prioritize, and maintain project schedules across multiple creative and marketing initiatives
  • Assign and coordinate work across designers, copywriters, and cross-functional contributors to ensure balanced workloads and timely delivery
  • Track project progress from initiation through delivery, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers
  • Provide clear and timely updates to stakeholders on project status, decisions, and delivery timelines
  • Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams including marketing, product, legal, and leadership
  • Improve and document workflows, templates, and operational processes to enhance efficiency and consistency
  • Lead coordination of larger cross-functional programs such as product launches or integrated campaigns
  • Ensure smooth execution of creative deliverables across multiple channels including digital advertising, CRM, and product surfaces
