Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as System Analyst / Technical Analyst
- Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON schemas, and integration patterns
- Proficiency with Postman, JIRA, Confluence, and diagramming tools
- Solid understanding of ETL concepts, data transformation logic, and integration pipelines
- Working experience with SQL for validation, data analysis, and troubleshooting
- Good understanding of software development processes
- Fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Gather and document functional and system requirements for REST API integrations
- Design integration flows, data mappings, and system interaction diagrams
- Create detailed technical documentation using Confluence, Lucidchart, or similar tools
- Perform API exploration and validation using Postman
- Analyze and design ETL workflows and data transformations between systems
- Support developers and testers during the full software development lifecycle
- Assist in troubleshooting integration or data‑related issues
