Job Details

Professional fluency in English, with the ability to lead technical discussions with international stakeholders and team members
Proven experience designing and implementing mobile architectures (e.g., MVVM, MVP)
Strong grasp of S.O.L.I.D. principles
Demonstrated experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity
Comfortable guiding other developers and improving team practices
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications (Bonus)
Passion for sharing knowledge through tech talks, study groups, or writing (Bonus)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira (Bonus)

Architect and own the development of robust, scalable Android applications with up-to-date technologies such as Kotlin and Jetpack Compose using modern principles like S.O.L.I.D., MVVM/MVP, and contemporary design patterns
Lead and mentor a team of Android developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and high-quality code through insightful code reviews and technical guidance
Act as the key technical partner for our US and EMEA clients, translating business needs into technical solutions and confidently guiding conversations on project scope and timelines
Champion a culture of quality by implementing and advocating for comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, and UI tests) to ensure our applications are performant and reliable
Shape the future of our team by participating in the hiring process, helping us identify and attract top Android talent to our growing chapter
