Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience with telemarketing and email marketing
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication
  • Proven experience in conducting research, data analysis, and generating impactful insights in the startup ecosystem
  • Strong business acumen and a creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
  • Excellent organizational, writing, and reporting skills
  • Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Docs, Adobe, PowerPoint, and G Suite
  • Ability to work effectively on an international team, across different time zones and cultural backgrounds
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while also functioning as a valuable team player
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities

  • Cold calling potential clients
  • Using creative strategies to promote conversion
  • Conduct a comprehensive email campaign in tandem of the cold-calling activities
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support the development of novel ideas and identify market opportunities in various industries, such as digital health, medical devices, agritech, aquaculture, and more
  • Work independently with minimal direction to gather and analyze data, prepare reports, and create compelling presentations for the portfolio
  • Collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team of serial entrepreneurs, seasoned executives, and expert investors to refine business strategies and drive successful outcomes
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and meet changing deadlines to ensure the timely completion of high-quality deliverables
  • Contribute to the enhancement of Nacre's CRM and database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Serve as a point of contact between external clients, facilitating smooth communication and relationship management
