Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience with telemarketing and email marketing
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication
- Proven experience in conducting research, data analysis, and generating impactful insights in the startup ecosystem
- Strong business acumen and a creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Excellent organizational, writing, and reporting skills
- Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Docs, Adobe, PowerPoint, and G Suite
- Ability to work effectively on an international team, across different time zones and cultural backgrounds
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while also functioning as a valuable team player
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Responsibilities
- Cold calling potential clients
- Using creative strategies to promote conversion
- Conduct a comprehensive email campaign in tandem of the cold-calling activities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support the development of novel ideas and identify market opportunities in various industries, such as digital health, medical devices, agritech, aquaculture, and more
- Work independently with minimal direction to gather and analyze data, prepare reports, and create compelling presentations for the portfolio
- Collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team of serial entrepreneurs, seasoned executives, and expert investors to refine business strategies and drive successful outcomes
- Prioritize tasks effectively and meet changing deadlines to ensure the timely completion of high-quality deliverables
- Contribute to the enhancement of Nacre's CRM and database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Serve as a point of contact between external clients, facilitating smooth communication and relationship management
