Requirements
- Extensive and varied track record working embedded in technology teams alongside engineers and designers.
- B2B product experience, ideally focused on large enterprises, with experience managing multiple internal stakeholders.
- Competence or expertise in most or all of the industry's prevailing Product tools, models, and methodologies.
- Hands-on experience of Agile frameworks.
- Hands-on experience of Continuous Discovery.
- Hands-on experience of CI/CD.
- Hands-on experience of JTBD frameworks.
- Hands-on experience of thin or vertical slicing.
- Hands-on experience of self-organizing teams.
- Hands-on experience of Team Topologies.
- Advocacy of 'thinking in bets,' test-learn-iterate loops, and Growth loops / Growth hacking.
- Expertise in experimenting with the latest AI led technologies in the Product Manager’s tool box and building POCs.
- Strong data literacy and true data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Product manage a stream-aligned team and be accountable for its outcomes and impact.
- Drive interaction with peer teams and collaborate across domains of science, research, supply, sales, and account services.
- Work within your team to build and launch the next generation of Prolific’s Data Collection Tooling product suite.
- Stay up to speed with the rapidly changing face of frontier AI research to ensure products meet customer requirements.
- Be responsible for the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from strategy to success metrics to roadmaps to delivery and iteration.
- Communicate strategy to executives and work through details with your team.
- Unblock and simplify complexity for colleagues.
- Partner productively with Product Design, User Research, Analytics, and Engineering to deliver products in a test-learn-iterate fashion.
