Requirements

Active Maryland license: LCSW-C or LMSW strongly preferred (LGPC/LCPC also considered)
Commitment to social work values, including equity, advocacy, and client-centered care
Experience or strong interest in working with children, adolescents, and family systems
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Provide individual, family, and caregiver-focused therapy via secure telehealth
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop strengths-based treatment plans
Support youth and families using trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and care team members to ensure coordinated services
Assist with care coordination, resource linkage, and family education
Complete timely, compliant documentation in our EHR
