Requirements

Completion of a 4-year ACGME-accredited Psychiatry residency
Active Massachusetts medical license is required
Availability for 24 hours per week during EST hours
Experience and comfort treating patients 13+ across varying acuity levels
Telehealth experience preferred
Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
Experience using Evolv a plus

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality behavioral health care
Treat patients of all ages (5+ preferred, 13+ comfortable)
Manage moderate-acuity patient population with diagnoses including depression, anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, bipolar disorder, complex psychopharmacology cases, and co-morbid with SUD
Conduct 60 min. initial visits and 30 min. follow-ups
Allow for 15–30 min. administrative time per day
Be open to occasional cross-coverage for voluntary inpatient units (e.g., during PTO or unexpected absences)
