Requirements
- 5+ years of technical product management experience
- Proven track record of shipping complex products across mobile, desktop, and cloud environments
- Background in software engineering is a significant advantage
- Strong product sense and ability to act as a strategic partner to leadership and engineering
- Deep technical literacy and architectural understanding across technology stack (cloud services, mobile & desktop development, networking principles)
- Proven ability to lead technical validation and prototyping processes in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and business stakeholders
- Self-starter mentality with ability to manage complex projects end-to-end with minimal oversight
- Demonstrable experience in productizing AI technologies
- Ability to identify high-impact use cases for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI
- Ability to define clear product requirements and navigate technical and ethical trade-offs for intelligent features
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new opportunities to deliver value, with a focus on emerging technologies and competitive differentiators.
- Identify and act on opportunities to automate workflows on behalf of BlackCloak customer operations teams.
- Lead the end-to-end rapid prototyping process, from initial concept to functional prototype.
- Translate ambiguous business concepts into clear, concise, and actionable requirements for prototype development.
- Identify, procure, and manage a dedicated toolset to enable the efficient creation and testing of functional prototypes.
- Partner with CSOC leadership, Engineering and the Director of Product Innovation to vet new ideas, assess technical feasibility, and define architectural approaches.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, third-party services, and frameworks.
- Take full ownership of new product concepts, from initial research and hypothesis testing to building the business case and gathering feedback.
- Work closely with our platform, mobile, and security engineering teams to ensure the seamless integration of successful prototypes.
