Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B marketing
  • 5+ years leading ABM or ABX programs targeting enterprise accounts
  • Experience at a developer tools, SaaS, or technical platform company
  • Experience managing and scaling a team
  • Proven track record of building pipeline and influencing revenue through account-based programs
  • Deep fluency with the enterprise buying process
  • Strong understanding of ABX technology and the martech stack (Demandbase, Salesforce, intent data platforms)
  • Exceptional ability to build trust with sales leadership and AEs
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset
  • Strong cross-functional communication and project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and develop a world-class ABX team
  • Set clear goals, foster experimentation, and ensure team has skills, tools, and support for pipeline impact
  • Architect and execute personalized 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many programs across events, digital, direct mail, email, and paid
  • Deliver tailored experiences at every stage of the account journey
  • Build shared account plans with sales
  • Run joint account reviews with sales
  • Ensure sales has plays, content, and intent signals to act
  • Drive personalized outreach to enterprise buying committees
  • Secure meetings and build relationships with stakeholders across target accounts
  • Own ABX performance reporting across pipeline influence, account engagement, stage velocity, and expansion revenue
