Requirements
- 5+ years of Project Management experience leading complex projects from initiation to completion.
- 5+ years working in agile environments on projects or portfolios.
- Strong hands-on fluency with Jira and other PM tooling.
- Proficiency in project planning, risk management, and change control.
- Excellent executive-level stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate, drive, and inspire delivery teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
- Basic SQL skills.
- Familiarity with accounting concepts.
- Professional English proficiency (written and verbal).
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery planning and execution on complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Be hands-on with the data, the tickets and the details.
- Drive strategic, tactical, and operational planning across large-scale projects — tasks, deliverables, dependencies, resources.
- Create, execute, and communicate project plans covering scope, schedule, staffing, quality, risk, budget, and procurement.
- Mitigate risks, resolve issues, close resource gaps, and keep initiatives aligned to strategic objectives.
- Establish intake, grooming, assignment, and management processes for engineering tasks and tickets.
- Review project financials, monitor variances, and manage change controls.
- Facilitate team meetings, workshops, and stakeholder reviews; produce clear notes and follow-ups.
- Define and continuously improve PM processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems and techniques.
