Requirements

  • Proven experience in growth, demand generation, or strategic marketing within SaaS
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Experience owning end-to-end (full-funnel) growth
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
  • Ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments
  • High ownership and accountability mindset
  • Hands-on experience with Analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, Tableau)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Hands-on experience with Marketing automation & performance tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing platforms, attribution tools)

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the overall growth strategy across key acquisition channels
  • Identify opportunities for acquisition, conversion, retention, and expansion
  • Build, execute, and optimize full-funnel growth initiatives
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, customer success, and leadership teams
  • Define and refine messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
  • Develop scalable growth systems, processes, and experimentation frameworks
  • Support community, partnerships, and brand-led growth initiatives where relevant
