Fluency in the Russian language (preferred)

Knowledge of industry regulations and laws affecting the organization's operations
Ability to manage legal disputes and litigation processes
Ability to work closely with external legal counsel
Skills in identifying legal risks

Skills in implementing preventive legal measures
Familiarity with financial software
Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
Familiarity with data analytics tools

Responsibilities

Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with the company's business activities.
Assess and manage legal risks related to contracts, intellectual property, employment, litigation, and other areas of potential legal exposure.
Ensure the international holding company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements in every jurisdiction where it operates.
Monitor changes in legislation and ensuring internal policies are updated accordingly.
Develop and implement strategies to protect the company's intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
Monitor and address any potential infringements of intellectual property rights.
Develop and execute a legal strategy for the international holding company, aligned with its long-term goals and objectives.
Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, coordinate external audits, and collaborate with legal and internal compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks.
