- Confident reading and interpreting architectural/engineering plans.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual site visits and review property layouts.
- Analyze architectural plans, service dates, cost bases, and asset details.
- Create Excel-based asset spreadsheets and Word-based engineering reports.
- Coordinate with clients and sales teams on project updates.
- Upload documents, manage revisions, and finalize client-ready PDFs.
- Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay aligned.
- Organize and analyze large sets of building data.
- Support client projects that require accuracy and speed.
- Collaborate virtually with a highly skilled team.
- Contribute to impactful financial strategies through engineering analysis.
