  • Strong ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with clarity and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to work toward and be accountable for weekly hiring targets.
  • Ability to work effectively across time zones in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting pipeline across multiple job boards, handling high-volume inbound applications efficiently and consistently.
  • Review, screen, and advance candidates quickly, ensuring timely processing of applications without delays or bottlenecks.
  • Own and deliver a hiring target of four qualified hires every two-week cycle in alignment with business needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring smooth communication and candidate experience.
  • Publish, refine, and optimize job postings based on performance metrics and recruitment feedback.
  • Maintain clean and organized pipelines across platforms such as Indeed and other job boards.
  • Support onboarding processes by ensuring new hires are properly set up and assisting in training coordination.
  • Identify process gaps in recruitment and proactively implement improvements to increase efficiency and throughput.
