Job Details

6–10 years of experience as a Business Systems Manager or in a similar technical/business analysis role
Proven experience in large-scale software development, implementation, or system enhancement projects
Strong background in test strategy development, user acceptance testing, and quality assurance processes
Experience working with business stakeholders, end users, and external vendors in solution delivery contexts
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight timelines
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
CBAP or CAPM certification required within 18 months of hire

Lead analysis of business and user needs to define functional and technical requirements for system enhancements and implementations
Design and recommend system solutions that optimize product usage and deliver measurable business value
Evaluate vendor technical designs for alignment with business requirements, performance, capacity, and system integrity
Oversee testing activities including test strategy development, user acceptance testing, defect tracking, and resolution coordination
Define and monitor operational, capacity, and performance metrics to evaluate system effectiveness and scalability
Support system/data architecture standards and ensure compliance throughout project delivery
Facilitate training, walkthroughs, and post-production validation activities with stakeholders
Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvement and best practice development
