Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience as a Business Systems Manager or in a similar technical/business analysis role
- Proven experience in large-scale software development, implementation, or system enhancement projects
- Strong background in test strategy development, user acceptance testing, and quality assurance processes
- Experience working with business stakeholders, end users, and external vendors in solution delivery contexts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight timelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
- CBAP or CAPM certification required within 18 months of hire
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis of business and user needs to define functional and technical requirements for system enhancements and implementations
- Design and recommend system solutions that optimize product usage and deliver measurable business value
- Evaluate vendor technical designs for alignment with business requirements, performance, capacity, and system integrity
- Oversee testing activities including test strategy development, user acceptance testing, defect tracking, and resolution coordination
- Define and monitor operational, capacity, and performance metrics to evaluate system effectiveness and scalability
- Support system/data architecture standards and ensure compliance throughout project delivery
- Facilitate training, walkthroughs, and post-production validation activities with stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvement and best practice development
