Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Life Sciences, or a related scientific field
- 3–5+ years of clinical trial or clinical research experience
- Understanding of neuropsychological assessments and/or patient-reported outcomes
- Familiarity with intellectual property and copyright law (strongly preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and documentation discipline
- Experience managing vendors, external partners, or cross-functional stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general familiarity with data tracking and operational systems
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, global environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with collaborative mindset
Responsibilities
- Manage procurement, licensing, and compliance of neuropsychological scales, ensuring all legal agreements and permissions are secured and maintained
- Coordinate translation, adaptation, and migration of assessments into electronic formats in collaboration with eCOA vendors and global partners
- Serve as primary liaison for licensors, translation vendors, and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and requirements
- Maintain accurate tracking systems, documentation, and databases for scale usage, distribution, and regulatory compliance
- Oversee vendor deliverables, quality control, and invoice review while ensuring adherence to project budgets and timelines
- Support clinical study execution by coordinating scale materials, modifications, and logistics across multiple phase I–III trials
- Provide guidance to internal teams on copyright requirements, usage limitations, and compliance standards
