Requirements
- Proven experience in data analysis or CRM analytics roles within a data-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and experimental design.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into business insights.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze CRM campaign performance across email, push, and SMS channels to identify trends, customer behaviors, and optimization opportunities.
- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to assess campaign effectiveness and support continuous improvement of engagement strategies.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor key CRM KPIs and deliver clear, actionable visual insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis using SQL and Python to support strategic CRM initiatives and enhance customer lifecycle performance.
- Collaborate with CRM, product, data, and engineering teams to align insights with broader business goals and marketing strategies.
