Requirements
- Strong product sense and ability to build iteratively.
- Experience in carving down requirements to test an idea in two weeks or less.
- 5+ years of backend or full-stack engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or TypeScript.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as React.
- 5+ years of experience with REST, gRPC, or GraphQL APIs.
- At least 1 year experience using AI tools to build consumer facing products.
- At least 1 year experience using AI tools to accelerate development workflows.
- Experience building, deploying, and maintaining microservices in production.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven history of interfacing with business-level stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and iterate on products that directly support clinicians and patients.
- Deliver high-quality, scalable care experiences.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to solve complex problems and improve outcomes.
- Ensure systems are reliable, intuitive, and impactful.
- Bring an AI-augmented mindset to enhance development workflows and embed AI into products.
- Build and enhance scalable Python and Golang services.
- Power member-facing mobile app and care delivery systems.
- Contribute to building a digital-first experience for patients and scaling care delivery.
- Partner with product management, design, analysts, and non-technical stakeholders to create high-impact features.
- Contribute to the growth of the engineering team by sharing knowledge, mentoring peers, and introducing standardizations and processes.
