  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales role
  • Experience in the SaaS industry or strategy consulting
  • Experience performing complex software/platform demos in sales process
  • Ability to establish strong, trusting relationships with key decision makers at all levels
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • "Team Player" attitude
  • Native French proficiency
  • English proficiency (level B2 or equivalent)
  • Basic elements of HR culture (plus)

Responsibilities

  • Sign new logos within the French market
  • Lead opportunities from demo to closing
  • Take an active part in responses to requests for proposals
  • Grow network with HR & training decision-makers
  • Develop the best sales strategies to close deals
  • Perform first demonstration of product to clients
  • Ensure accurate reporting of activity to optimize forecast and build sales strategies
  • Build pipeline
  • Close first deal
  • Build a solid network made up of HR Director, VP HR, Training Managers ... in France and EMEA
  • Process the continuous flow of inbound projects
  • Develop the best business opportunities within new accounts
  • Meet and exceed quarterly targets
  • Tackle more complex, multi-thread deals
  • Contribute as a subject-matter expert on the 360Learning platform
  • Share knowledge with the rest of the organization
  • Improve sales playbook, participate in internal projects
