- Experience in the SaaS industry or strategy consulting
- Experience performing complex software/platform demos in sales process
- Ability to establish strong, trusting relationships with key decision makers at all levels
- Excellent active listening skills

- Native French proficiency
- English proficiency (level B2 or equivalent)
- Basic elements of HR culture (plus)
Responsibilities
- Sign new logos within the French market
- Lead opportunities from demo to closing
- Take an active part in responses to requests for proposals
- Grow network with HR & training decision-makers
- Develop the best sales strategies to close deals
- Perform first demonstration of product to clients
- Ensure accurate reporting of activity to optimize forecast and build sales strategies
- Build pipeline
- Close first deal
- Build a solid network made up of HR Director, VP HR, Training Managers ... in France and EMEA
- Process the continuous flow of inbound projects
- Develop the best business opportunities within new accounts
- Meet and exceed quarterly targets
- Tackle more complex, multi-thread deals
- Contribute as a subject-matter expert on the 360Learning platform
- Share knowledge with the rest of the organization
- Improve sales playbook, participate in internal projects
