Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in an Account Manager role within a digital or marketing agency
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and delivering successful campaign outcomes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using CRM and project management tools such as HubSpot, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing performance data and insights
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills in a deadline-driven environment
  • Experience working with international clients, particularly in UK or US markets, is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts and maintain strong, long-term relationships
  • Manage campaign execution, timelines, deliverables, and overall project coordination across teams
  • Translate client objectives into clear, actionable digital marketing strategies and plans
  • Collaborate with internal specialists in PPC, SEO, social media, and content to ensure successful delivery
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights, analysis, and recommendations
  • Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives
  • Proactively manage client communication, feedback, and issue resolution
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and engagement across all accounts
