Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in an Account Manager role within a digital or marketing agency
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and delivering successful campaign outcomes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using CRM and project management tools such as HubSpot, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing performance data and insights
- Excellent time management and organizational skills in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience working with international clients, particularly in UK or US markets, is a strong advantage
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts and maintain strong, long-term relationships
- Manage campaign execution, timelines, deliverables, and overall project coordination across teams
- Translate client objectives into clear, actionable digital marketing strategies and plans
- Collaborate with internal specialists in PPC, SEO, social media, and content to ensure successful delivery
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights, analysis, and recommendations
- Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives
- Proactively manage client communication, feedback, and issue resolution
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and engagement across all accounts
