Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Agency experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of Google Ads
- Experience across multiple marketing channels (SEO, paid media, email, social, websites)
- Ability to review, QA, and understand PPC campaigns
- Excellent professional English
- Strong client management and communication skills
- Ability to manage ~30 accounts simultaneously
- Highly organized, proactive, and accountable
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Responsibilities
- Own and manage client relationships as the primary point of contact
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Lead client meetings and communicate strategy, performance, and next steps
- Oversee execution across multiple marketing channels: Google Ads / Paid Media, SEO & Google Business Profile, Websites & landing pages, Social media, Email & content marketing
- Conduct quality control on campaigns before client delivery
- Identify performance issues (tracking, conversions, lead quality, etc.) and drive solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams (PPC, SEO, design, content, web)
- Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain strong client satisfaction and retention
- Monitor churn and proactively work to improve account performance
