Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or related roles
- Strong understanding of cloud security fundamentals
- Solid knowledge of network security principles
- Experience with scripting (Python, Bash, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with vulnerability management tools
- Experience implementing and maintaining ISMS
- Familiarity with international security standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar)
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making under uncertainty
- Ability to balance technical depth with regulatory and compliance requirements
- English fluency required
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to security events and incidents across infrastructure and cloud environments
- Deploy, configure, and maintain security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, DLP, vulnerability management systems)
- Design and improve centralized logging and monitoring architecture
- Implement and maintain ISMS in line with international standards (e.g., ISO 27001 or similar frameworks)
- Conduct risk assessments and prioritize mitigation strategies
- Maintain up-to-date security policies, documentation, and audit evidence
- Prepare the organization for internal and external security audits
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align security controls with business objectives
- Provide regular security posture reports to the CTO and management
