Requirements
- 3+ years of building production-grade machine learning models
- Expertise in various facets of NLP, such as conversational dialogue, speech recognition, text-to-speech, natural language generation, text classification, question-answering, chatbots, and text summarization
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience with Scikit-learn, Pandas, PyTorch, Tensorflow, NLTK, spaCy, Jupyter
- Experience building end-to-end scalable ML infrastructure with on-premise or cloud platforms
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Azure
- Strong teamwork skills including communication and collaboration
- Open mindedness and strong desire to learn
Responsibilities
- Ideate, develop, and deploy scalable and cost-efficient machine learning and natural language processing models
- Build scalable infrastructure for training, evaluating, and serving models
- Analyze datasets to improve current approaches and prototype new ideas
- Develop tools and processes for sourcing, analyzing, labeling, and storing conversation data
- View work through critical ethical lenses including fairness, quality, and trust
