Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Product Owner role
- Experience specifically within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record in agile delivery using Jira/Confluence
- Ability to turn high-ambiguity user problems into actionable development items
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-autonomy startup setting
- Possesses the judgment to balance deep thinking with the need to ship fast
Responsibilities
- Bridge the gap between user problems and technical solutions for the ProVision platform
- Own the requirements-to-solution journey
- Manage backlogs
- Perform deep-dive analytics to drive data-informed product improvements
- Own the end-to-end requirements process by writing high-quality user stories and epics with measurable success metrics and clear acceptance criteria
- Partner with the Delivery Manager and founders to manage the product backlog
- Facilitate agile rituals like grooming and sprint planning
- Analyze user behavior across legal personas to identify friction points
- Conduct impact analysis for new features using product data
