- Proficient with web analytics platforms
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, rebuild, and grow our pipeline, owning experimentation end-to-end to create a scalable, repeatable growth engine.
- Own the reset of our positioning and go-to-market, crafting differentiated messaging and leading launches while developing a clear POV on how AI is reshaping our category.
- Own performance across the funnel (AARRR), using data to identify opportunities and continuously improve conversion, efficiency, and ROI.
- Shape and maintain compelling, consistent messaging across all touchpoints to strengthen brand and support conversion.
- Plan, prioritise, and run high-impact campaigns across key channels (SEO, paid, content, email) to acquire, nurture, and retain customers.
- Use customer feedback and behavioural data to refine messaging, improve the journey, and influence product direction.
- Own core marketing metrics (MQLs, CAC, LTV) and be accountable for delivering measurable growth and pipeline impact.
