Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in a call center environment
- Excellent communication skills (conversational, confident, friendly, ability to control dialogue)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help and assist others (customer-centric)
- Sales-oriented mindset with tenacity, willingness, and perseverance
- Ability to overcome objections and influence decision-making
- Ability to learn new systems and in-house software and tools
- Proficiency in keyboard and computer skills
- Minimum of 15+Mbps upload speed, 50Mbps download speed, and a latency of under 100
- Experience in cold calling prospects (preferred)
- Comfortable w/ change and has the ability to adjust/pivot in a fast paced sales environment (preferred)
- Experience or interest in the financial services industry is a plus (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage prospects through outbound sales campaigns
- Serve as the initial point of contact of our brand, sharing Facet’s mission & value
- Build strong rapport and relationships, while delivering an exceptional prospect experience
- Qualify prospects through outbound calls, converting them into scheduled meetings for sales
- Pass qualified prospects to sales to fuel their pipeline and generate revenue
