Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Go-to-Market Operations within a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of the full revenue funnel, including lead generation, pipeline stages, forecasting, and revenue conversion metrics
- Advanced analytical skills
- Experience working in CRM environments, particularly Salesforce
- Strong proficiency in Excel and experience working with large datasets, formulas, and structured reporting
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Experience with BI tools or dashboarding platforms
- Proven ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple operational priorities
- Experience contributing to planning cycles and cross-functional strategic initiatives
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day Sales and Revenue Operations execution across the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closed-won deals
- Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting tools covering pipeline health, funnel conversion, forecasting, and sales performance
- Ensure high data integrity and consistency across CRM systems and related GTM workflows
- Analyze revenue and funnel data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable business recommendations
- Support strategic initiatives such as territory planning, quota setting, annual sales planning, and process optimization
- Partner on system and workflow improvements that increase operational efficiency and scalability
- Contribute to the development and testing of AI-enabled and automation-driven workflows within revenue operations
