Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Pharmacy, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Extensive experience in operational performance, strategy execution, or transformation leadership roles
  • Proven background in change management and organizational improvement initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Experience with performance management frameworks, KPIs, and executive reporting
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency with data analysis, reporting tools, and performance tracking systems
  • Strong leadership mindset with a focus on accountability, execution, and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of operational strategies aligned with enterprise goals and executive priorities
  • Develop and manage the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process, including performance reporting and executive presentations
  • Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, reduce costs, and improve service delivery
  • Partner cross-functionally with leadership teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic priorities
  • Build dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools to support real-time performance visibility
  • Lead change management initiatives to support adoption of new processes and operational improvements
  • Oversee resource allocation, budgeting, and prioritization for strategic initiatives
  • Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies while ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
  • Support training and development efforts to strengthen operational capabilities across teams
