Requirements

  • Strong experience in operational roles (HR, people operations, or employment-related functions)
  • Good understanding of employment contracts and legally binding documentation
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with Slack
  • Familiarity with Notion
  • Familiarity with Zendesk
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace
  • Ability to work effectively in remote, asynchronous, and cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and documentation quality
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees
  • Prepare and verify employment contracts and onboarding packages
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience by handling employee queries and coordinating across internal teams
  • Collaborate closely with Mobility, Payroll, Benefits, and Lifecycle teams
  • Maintain high-quality employee data, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance
  • Contribute to audits, reporting, and data integrity initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within onboarding workflows
  • Support knowledge management by updating and maintaining internal documentation and resources
