Requirements
- Strong experience in operational roles (HR, people operations, or employment-related functions)
- Good understanding of employment contracts and legally binding documentation
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with Slack
- Familiarity with Notion
- Familiarity with Zendesk
- Familiarity with Google Workspace
- Ability to work effectively in remote, asynchronous, and cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and documentation quality
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees
- Prepare and verify employment contracts and onboarding packages
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience by handling employee queries and coordinating across internal teams
- Collaborate closely with Mobility, Payroll, Benefits, and Lifecycle teams
- Maintain high-quality employee data, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance
- Contribute to audits, reporting, and data integrity initiatives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within onboarding workflows
- Support knowledge management by updating and maintaining internal documentation and resources
