Requirements
- 3–5+ years of proven experience building GTM (Go-To-Market) systems or RevOps.
- Expert-level mastery of GoHighLevel (GHL) and Make/Zapier (Mandatory).
- Proven experience connecting technical tools (Twilio, Apollo, Ads) to drive business outcomes.
- Experience working with mid-to-high-ticket service businesses.
- Experience in a fast-paced, aggressively growing startup environment.
- Fluent English (A Must Have).
- Technical Problem-Solver: Able to uncover system "red flags" and debug complex integration errors independently.
- Commercially Strong: Understands business models, ROI, and how technical builds impact a founder’s bottom line.
- Systems Thinking: Able to manage multiple client contexts and niches simultaneously without losing focus.
- Strong Documentation: Clear written communication for handing off technical builds to internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Build & Connect Growth Stacks: Architect end-to-end systems including GoHighLevel (GHL), Twilio, and CRM integrations.
- Automate Lead Flow: Design and execute technical workflows that convert outbound traffic into revenue opportunities.
- System Optimization: Debug and optimize the entire technical system to ensure zero leakage in the lead-to-revenue funnel.
- Technical Implementation: Deliver high-impact, ROI-focused system demonstrations to founders.
- CRM & Data Management: Ensure data flows correctly between marketing tools and sales dashboards for accurate reporting.
- Maintain System Health: Provide structured end-of-day reporting on system performance and automation stability.
- Partner with Client Success: Work alongside consultants to translate business ideas into functional, AI-powered technical realities.
