Requirements

- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day project execution activities across assigned accounts, including timelines, status reporting, project routing, and operational updates while ensuring smooth coordination across teams.
- Assist in project setup, tracking, and reporting within workflow systems (such as Workfront), gaining familiarity with scheduling, planned hours, and structured project governance.
- Contribute to budget monitoring and financial tracking by partnering with project managers, account teams, and finance stakeholders to ensure accuracy and profitability alignment.
- Help coordinate meetings, kickoff sessions, and internal status updates while maintaining clear communication and organized documentation.
- Identify workflow challenges and support issue resolution by escalating risks appropriately and contributing to proactive solutions under senior guidance.
- Participate in process improvement efforts and maintain adherence to organizational values and operational standards across all project activities.
