Responsibilities
- Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for management
- Facilitate strategic communication with project managers and team members
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices, sector communication, and cross-sector collaboration
- Support the monitoring and communication of project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Organize and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, and risk registers
- Support the coordination and administration of projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Assist in the preparation of project presentations and reports
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and other project-related events
- Support the identification and resolution of project issues and risks
