Responsibilities

  • Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for management
  • Facilitate strategic communication with project managers and team members
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices, sector communication, and cross-sector collaboration
  • Support the monitoring and communication of project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
  • Organize and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, and risk registers
  • Support the coordination and administration of projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget
  • Assist in the preparation of project presentations and reports
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and other project-related events
  • Support the identification and resolution of project issues and risks
