Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in digital product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, UI execution, and shipped product work
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design
- Experience working closely with product managers and engineering teams
- Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback in a collaborative environment
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to present design decisions clearly
- Experience with fintech or regulated digital products is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own the design of product features from concept through execution
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create seamless, accessible, and scalable digital experiences
- Lead end-to-end design of product features, from discovery and ideation to final implementation
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements and shape effective solutions
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for mobile-first experiences
- Use user research and product data to inform design decisions and continuous iteration
- Design consistent, accessible UI components aligned with and contributing to the design system
- Participate in usability testing and incorporate insights into design improvements
- Present and communicate design concepts clearly to cross-functional stakeholders
- Contribute to improving design processes, tools, and team collaboration practices
