Requirements
- 5+ years of design leadership, balancing hands-on mastery in UX/product design with a proven ability to lead and inspire small teams while managing scalable UI libraries
- Strategic design competence, demonstrated by the ability to solve complex user problems, align solutions with business objectives, and build confidence in the design direction
- A robust portfolio showcasing strategic design thinking, evidence-based decision-making, and high-fidelity deliverables within the SaaS space across web and mobile ecosystems
- Expert-level Figma proficiency (Variables, Advanced Auto-layout, and Tokens) to uphold established processes and set higher standards for high-performance component libraries
- Exceptional communication skills, used to articulate, present, and gain buy-in for design ideas from diverse stakeholders
- English language proficiency (C1 minimum)
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor team members while maintaining individual contributor excellence across all localised markets
- Contribute to the growth of the internal UX team by sharing knowledge and evangelizing best practices
- Defining interaction models, user task flows, hi-fidelity mockups, and UI specifications for handoff purposes
- Maintain consistency across designs using UI kits and design systems while maintaining and developing an International Team-oriented internal file structure for custom components
- Validating design solutions through moderated and unmoderated usability testing
- Incorporating user research findings into designs and assisting in the collection of user research data
- Collaborating on the design process throughout the entire project, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing) processes, driving decisions, and tracking issues to produce outstanding work
- Engage proactively in collaborative design reviews to share and receive constructive feedback, fostering high-quality designs and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Effectively communicating design choices & direction to multiple stakeholders by incorporating and articulating design principles that balance the customers' needs
- Experimenting with and integrating AI-driven tools to optimize design workflows and streamline the transition from design to code
