Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics
- At least 1 year in a leadership role, managing and developing analytical teams
- Proven track record in fintech, big tech, or other fast-scaling, data-driven environments
- Strong technical skills in SQL
- Strong technical skills in Python
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau (or similar)
- Solid experience in designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests
- Strong background in building and analyzing reports
- Driving data-informed solutions
- Excellent communication skills
- English level: B2 or higher
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data analysts
- Drive the strategic planning and execution of risk initiatives using data
- Own the end-to-end analytics cycle for risk areas: from building reporting systems and running A/B tests to conducting ad-hoc analysis and translating insights into action
- Oversee your team’s work on monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics
- Pilot and implement new tools and initiatives that improve the efficiency and impact of collections processes
