Responsibilities
- Lead and guide a team
- Plan, estimate, and oversee the execution of complex backend projects from start to finish
- Discuss technical matters with clients, manage expectations, and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Anticipate technical challenges, identify opportunities for innovation, and contribute to the company's long-term technical vision
- Guide and mentor other developers
- Help make key architectural decisions
- Ensure code quality across projects
- Foster a collaborative environment, facilitate knowledge sharing, and help team members grow professionally
- Take full responsibility for your code from the first line to deployment, ensuring it is rock-solid, efficient, and reliable
